Ich habe heute den Pure Highway DAB/DAB+ Tuner ausführlich getestet und vergebe 5 Sterne:
1. look, touch an feel - einfach intuitiv bedienbar - schön, dass es einen (elektronischen) Drehknopf mit spürbarer Raster-Hemmung gibt.
2. die Empfangsempfindlichkeit ist hervorragend, die auch in anderen Rezensionen empfohlene Magnetfuß-Außenantenne ist im Auto auf jeden Fall ein heißer Tipp aber das Pure Highway nutzt nicht nur die angeschlossene Antenne für den Empfang, sondern auch ein Line-Ausgangskabel (z. B. 3,5mm Klinke auf Chinch für den Anschluss an den heimischen HiFi-Verstärker - nicht beiliegend) ebenso wie einen am selben Anschluss betriebenen Kopfhörer - ich konnte in beiden Fällen dann auf eine Extra-Antenne völlig verzichten. Auch das USB-Stromversorgungskabel spielt offensichtlich beim Empfang eine Rolle, der Antennensignalpegel (kann man sich anzeigen lassen) verbessert sich nochmals deutlich nach dem Anschluss.
Das Kabel der empfehlenswerten Magnetfuß-Antenne ist ausreichend lang und solide.
3. der FM-Transmitter, der zugehörige automatische Suchlauf nach freien Frequenzen, die Möglichkeit 4 davon auf 4 Feststelltasten zu legen und last - but not least - die Super Qualität des Transmitters sind lobend zu erwähnen. Im Autoradio mit RDS folgt der FM-Tuner sofort einem Wechsel der FM-Sendefrequenz des Pure - fantastisch!
4. der hochwertige und sehr stabile Schwanenhals mit Saugnapf - einer guten Befestigung u. Bedienung im Auto steht somit nichts im Wege.
5. die Tatsache, dass DAB/DAB+ im direkten Vergleich zu UKW einfach genial klingt - gerade hier in unserer Gegend ist UKW oft durch Reflexionen an Bergen mit Störungen durch Mehrfachempfang versehen - mit DAB/DAB+ kein Thema
